We’re pleased to announce the launch of a new upgrade to RTT+: Extended History.
Extended History adds a nearly complete archive of data from the history of RTT including its predecessors commonly known as “Timetables” and “Rail Staging”.
RTT+ Extended History includes a comprehensive scheduled service archive spanning over a decade with continuity through to November 2014. It also adds an additional schedule archive spanning the entirety of 2012 including the London 2012 games alterations, and August 2013 to June 2014.
It also includes complete train running history from June 2016, with selected data history between August 2013 and January 2016 also included.
Extended History does not have a rolling window unlike RTT+ and the data will continue to expand.
RTT+ Extended History requires a RTT+ subscription and is priced at £15 per year pro-rata.
Improvements for RailMiles users
From February 2026, RailMiles Journey Logging users with valid journey logging and RTT+ subscriptions will be able to make use of the full 5 years history as part of the journey searching. Users with valid journey logging and RTT+ Extended Horizon subscriptions will be able to benefit from the full history at the same time. Look out for announcements closer to the time.
