We are, unfortunately, having to raise prices on RailMiles for the first time since February 2019 due to unavoidable cost increases imposed on us by our suppliers. They do not reflect the full cost of the increases that we have to cover: some of which have been over 45% since the last increase. The new prices will apply from 1st April 2023.
RailMiles Subscriptions
For our journey logging service, our new prices are as follows:
- One month: £5.50
- Three months: £10.00
- Six months: £18.50
- Twelve months: £27.00
We are introducing a new direct debit subscription. You can subscribe to RailMiles for £26 per year for this option, charged quarterly at £6.50. Further details will be made available on this closer to 1st April.
SMS prices will be slightly revised to the following:
- 100 messages: £4.50
- 300 messages: £12.00
- 500 messages: £19.00
- 1000 messages: £35.00
We will offer the ability to automatically subscribe to SMS renewals through our new direct debit subscription option. A 5% discount will be applied to any purchase of SMS through this option.
Mileage Engine Subscriptions
For our mileage engine, subscriptions will increase to:
- 6 months: £8.00
- 12 months: £14.00
Commercial subscriptions to our mileage engine are currently under review and customers will be contacted directly with any changes.
