Our last order dates for the RTT Shop are slightly earlier than normal this year due to the industrial action at Royal Mail.
The last order dates are as follows:
- 10 December for our standard delivery service for badges and beanie hats
- 15 December for our standard delivery service for hoodies and polo shirts, and orders shipped through Tracked 48
- 20 December for any orders shipped through Tracked 24
- 21 December at 1pm for any orders shipped via Special Delivery
We may use alternative couriers to ship orders that we would traditionally ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. We will make you aware of the courier in the email confirming it has been sent.
Any orders made after these dates will be processed as soon as possible but we cannot promise delivery before Christmas.
Over the Christmas period, any orders made from 23 to 28 December will not be processed until the 29th, and from 30 December to 3 January on the 4th January.
